We are seeking for experienced & professional candidate with strong commitment to take responsibilities as :
MACHINE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (MEE)
The successful candidate will be responsible to assist the engineering manager of shoe factory with the activity to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance on electrical field. Responsible towards electrical and/or electronic operation such as controller of machine on daily or monthly basis. Candidate will work on shift team to provide ‘first quality’ service in order to ensure no interruption on production process due to machine unavailability.
Qualification of successful candidate:
• University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Having ‘hands-on’ experience in preventive maintenance system with minimum 2 years experience as
electrical/electronic engineer.
• Skill in application and programming of PLC (OMRON, DCS/SIEMENS).
• Willing to work on three shifts
• Fluency in speaking and writing English
• Proactive, strong, systematic, thorough with sense of details, self starter, good teamwork with strong leadership skill.
CHANGE AGENT (CA)
Responsible To: Production and Technical Director
Role & Function :
As a long arm of the management in implementing such necessary changes in the factory in order to achieve the company's mission.
Responsible For:
- To absorb all learning materials during the learning process and transfer the given knowledge into the concept,
strategic and practical approach.
- To define and set up all necessary things in order to implement the concept
- To coordinate, supervise and manage all activities in the process of change
- To ensure all targets achieved effectively and efficiently in all levels
- To communicate all management’s policies to the related parties and ensure that the parties understand and respect the policies.
Specification :
Professional Background :
a. Graduate from Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or any other engineering degree.
b. Experience in production floor (production management), production development, and good in Operation System.
c. Have knowledge and experience on latest manufacturing management system such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, etc.
Personality Background:
Good Initiative, Dynamic, Fast learner, Persuasive, Communicative, Well motivated and Assertive.
The incumbent will be trained to get comprehensive knowledge and skill of shoe production and other unique subjects of shoe industry. The training will be held in some shoe factories within the ECCO group or other companions in abroad.
HSE COORDINATOR (HSE)
The successful candidate will be responsible in manage & implementing all EHS procedure and policy.
Qualification of successful candidate:
• University degree in occupational Health & Safety or Environment Engineering
• Min. 2 years experience in related field
• Experience from multinational industry is preferred
• Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
• Analytic, proactive, self starter, strong leadership skills, systematic, communicative, having pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill
