The Customer Service Manager is responsible for a team Customer Service Representatives in processing orders, debits, credits, returns, and in addressing more complex operational inquiries or issues. * Analyze and submit commercial sales data by working closely with SCM and Commercial.

Qualifications:
The candidate should have a cumulative weighted average of 80% or above on the last two years of study from a recognized university. The applicant should have a strong academic background in microbiology, molecular biology, biochemistry or biotechnology.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential qualities. The ability to work independently and in a team environment is also necessary. A successful application to the College of Graduate Studies at the University of Saskatchewan through the Department of Biology will be required.
