Education/Experience
- B.A. / B.S. degree candidate or comparable knowledge in IT
- 2+ years experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Experience in communicating and presenting technical concepts to management, peer group and staff
- Experience in working with teams

Knowledge
- Microsoft Windows 7 professional, Microsoft Office 2007 Professional
- Basic skills in the following areas: hardware, software, telecommunications, networking, and troubleshooting
